Description
Racks upon racks of ales, from breweries across the world, line the wall behind the bar. Posters of 1980s-era bands cover the slightly faded, walls. In a corner, a sparkling red jukebox sits, polished daily. A stage with a gleaming silver pole takes the focus of the room, away and to the right of the bar.

The Parlour is a strip bar that acts as a central hub for Rune-Makers looking for work on the shadier end of the scale. Mind control, more conspicuous enhancements, that sort of deal. The posters covering the walls have runes drawn in blood on their backs- runes of addiction, of liberation. The basement contains a specially-commissioned marijuana garden, which the barkeep/owner sells on the side.

While the stage has a couple dozen tables in front of and surrounding it, there are about half a dozen isolated booths lining the wall facing the exit. These booths all have curtains lining their entrances, and those curtains have runes of isolation woven into them- the runes of isolation render the booths almost impervious to effects from the world outside as long as the curtains are closed. Discrete business is frequently conducted in these booths, and if not as many people exit the booths as those who entered, it's none of the barkeep's business.
